AS BECOME A DONOR
The declaration of willingness to donate organs is regulated by law n.91 of April 1, 1999 and the Ministerial Decree of 8 April 2000.L 'n.91/99 Article 4 of the Act introduces the principle of tacit consent, under which every adult citizen is asked to declare their will on the donation of their organs and tissues, after being informed that the non-declaration will be considered which agree to donazione.Tale principle is not yet in force.
