Che anche la nostra Provincia non eccelle per buone prassi e politiche a favore degli animali. Che nel corso degli ultimi anni i diversi Governi si sono impegnati con la promulgazione di varie leggi per la salvaguardia dei diritti degli animali. Che queste norme sono sempre più stringenti perché nei paesi civili è impensabile continuare ad avere morti sulle strade a causa degli abbandoni estivi o peggio a causa di randagi che possono divenire pericolosi. Le norme contro l’abbandono ed il randagismo riguardano anche la tutela della salute pubblica perché in alcune zone the country may also occur cases of dangerous diseases.
