«Dopo una campagna elettorale che prometteva un nuovo modo di gestire la Provincia, un modo fondato sulla trasparenza e l'efficenza oggi invece dopo un anno, abbiamo solo visto immobilismo e poca voglia di lavorare per questi 104 comuni della Provincia di Chieti». Con queste parole il capogruppo dell’IdV in consiglio provinciale Eliana Menna ha apostrofato la giunta Di Giuseppantonio caratterizzata da “gravi ritardi e diverse inadempienze”.
